- Each team will be allowed to use a maximum of two robots for this competition. (For two robot of one team, Design and other specifications must have to be the same)
- The Champion and Runner-Up will be awarded.
- Any decisions made by the judges will be final.
Robot Specification :
- The Bot should fit within a box having a dimension of 50 cm x 50 cm x 45 cm (l x b x h). The external device used to control the machine or any external tank is not included in the size constraint.
- The Bot should not exceed the 15 kg (33 pounds) weight limit. The weight of the remote controller will not be counted.
- Usage of any kind of jamming device is strictly prohibited.
- Robot needs to be powered electrically with an internal source.
- Maximum allowed voltage: 36V.
- The Bot must have to be a grounded wheeler.
- The Robots should be compact (should not throw out parts externally).
Mobility :
All robots must display linear, visible, and controlled mobility in order to compete. Methods of mobility include :
- Flying (using airfoil, helium balloons, ornithopters, etc.) is not allowed.
- Walking robots are defined as those with linear-actuated legs which.
- Shuffling (rotational cam-operated legs) is allowed.
- Rolling (wheels, tracks, or the whole robot) is allowed.
- Jumping and hopping are allowed.
- Operate independently of each other.
- Gyroscopic precession is allowed.
Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous Robots :
Any robot that moves and seeks a target, or activates weapons without manual control is considered autonomous. If your robot is autonomous you are required to contact the event organizers before registration.
Batteries and Power:
The only permitted batteries are ones that cannot spill or spray any of their contents when damaged or inverted. This means that standard automotive and motorcycle wet cell batteries are prohibited. Examples of batteries that are permitted: gel cells, Hawkers, NiCads, NiMh, dry cells, AGM, Li-ion, Li-poly, etc. If your design uses any other types of battery, that are not mentioned above or one you are not sure about, please contact the event organizers.
No onboard voltage above 36V is approved for this event. All electrical power to weapons and drive systems (systems that could cause potential human bodily injury) must have a manual disconnect that can be activated within 15 seconds without endangering the person turning it off. Shut down must include a manually operated mechanical method of disconnecting the main battery power such as a switch or removable link.
If your robot uses a grounded chassis you must have a switch capable of disconnecting this ground.
Game Timing :
- The group stage battle will be for 4 min.
- The final battle will be for 5 min.
Arena :
- Dimensions of the arena will be 12 ft x 12 ft (Length x Width).
- The arena will be covered by glass / cage.
- Arena will have two holes / cutter / drill / hammer at any two corners.
Judging Criteria :
- Judging will be held on Aggression, Control & Damage. These things will be conducted by the judges.
- 25 points for pushing the opponent down the holes in the arena.
- -25 for falling down holes in the arena by itself.
- -50 for restarts (Maximum of 02 restarts will be allowed).
- If the opponent fails to continue, in that case, the opponent team will be declared as Winner.
