Eligibility :
- The competition is open for all.
- Participants will have to participate as a team.
- Every team will have to provide a 'Team Name'.
- Maximum 05 (five) members in each team.
- Participants can form teams with a combination of different or same institution students.
- Each team will be allowed to use only one manual wireless controlled robot for this competition.
Description :
Racing-Bot is a grounded track race, where a race will be held between 2-3 robots. Competitors will have to design, construct and operate wirelessly controlled high-speed cars within a particular weight limit to complete single or multiple rounds of the racing track of different obstacles in minimum time. The robot that can complete the racing track first will be declared as the winner.
Registration Fee :
- Bangladeshi Students : 350 BDT for each participant.
- International Students : 4.20 USD for each participant.
Facilities for International Students :
- Free pick up from the International Airport of Dhaka.
- Free accommodation.
Prize Money :
- Champion : Will be announced soon.
- 1st Runner-Up : Will be announced soon.
- 2nd Runner-Up : Will be announced soon.
Robot Specifications :
- The robot must have to be wirelessly controlled. All kinds of wired control systems are strictly prohibited.
- All kinds of jamming devices are strictly prohibited.
- Power supply up to 24 volts can be used.
- Any kind of ready-made robot will not be allowed.
- The robot has to be a grounded wheeler robot.

- Length: 30 cm (Maximum)
- Width: 30 cm (Maximum)
- Height: 30 cm (Maximum)
- Weight: 3 Kg (Maximum)
Note : No additional component will be provided by the authority. Therefore, the participants are advised to bring extra components for any emergency cases or maintenance.
Track Details :
- The width of the track will be between 70 cm to 100 cm.
- The track will be covered with MUD, OBSTACLES, SMALL STONES, GRASSES, etc.
- Bridges can be installed in different parts of the track.
The Procedure of Judgment :
- The time needed to complete the total track will be calculated.
- If a bot is unable to complete a checkpoint or a bot goes outside of the track during the race ; then a restart has to be taken from the initial point of that particular checkpoint.
- Intentional damage to other robots, track, and obstacles is strictly prohibited. A robot can be disqualified for such offenses.
Rules and regulations :
- Participants will have to complete registration within the registration deadline.
- Participants will have to bring their student identity cards for verification.
- The competition will be conducted by the Honorable Judges.
- A team can be disqualified for such an offense as misbehavior, intimidation, breach of peace, and attempt to create any conspiracy.
